Corky Bell`s Seafood in Green Cove Springs

Seems like the place the locals go for seafood. Delicious!

I went here for my birthday. It was meh. The staff took too long to recognize that an additional 6 people had showed up to the table. The stuffed flounder was dry and flavorless. Most of the food was frozen, fried...I don't know that I will be eager to return. Maybe it was because it was only the 2nd day open after the closing, I don't know. I just wasn't impressed.

Good food for a decent price

She had the lunch shrimp w/2 sides; collards and stewed tomatoes & okra. 10 fantail shrimp, lightly battered, not over cooked, super. Collards were good, different seasoning than I'm use to. T&O, great every time.I had the fish and chips, 4 pcs, lightly battered, pretty good, not as good as her shrimp

Ruby was a GEM! (Pun intended). She was the MOST patient person on the phone with me and I had so many difficult questions regarding a severe food allergy. Thank you so much Ruby! I don’t even care how good the food is, this restaurant deserves 5 stars just for Ruby!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

FIRST TIME GOING EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. FRIENDLY , PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOVE HOW THE WAITERS WORK TOGETHER TO ASSIST EVERYONE. I WILL DEFINITELY RETRUN

For me it was blah, I ordered salmon and you could tell it was pre packaged. It was dry and flavorless. I ended up taking all my food to go.

Sitting on the back deck of Corky Bells overlooking the St.John's River is THE place to dine in Palatka! Their seafood platters are always excellent and ample. Delicious side items with a southern touch. The wait staff friendly and efficient. Mix in some live music and BOOM! Cork Bells is a slam dunk and has been for years.

Only giving it good because he enjoyed his crab legs. My shrimp had an odd flavor and texture.

I arrived at Corky Bell on SR17 in Fleming Island at 5PM was greeted and seated promptly. MY server was cheerful and greeted aND took my order of Sea scallops, Cole slaw, and fries. The Cole slaw was promptly delivered to my table. I found the slaw sauce to sweet for my taste. The main meal was delivered about 15 minuets later. The serving size was more than ample 12 large scallops , and piping hot. The scallops were fried perfectly and very tender. French fries were also fried to perfection. The meal was more than I could eat in one sitting. I found the entire dinning experience very satisfied.

The food was great as usual. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and fries with extra hush puppies. The restaurant was very cozy this evening and our waitress was very friendly tonight.

Odd location and no bar. Nonetheless, the food was terrific. Large portions and reasonably priced. Try the flounder stuffed with crab. Really good.

This place is excellent! The service is great, and the place is spacious and very clean.The food is simply delicious with outstanding flavor. I have not had hush puppies with such excellent flavor in years. Even the coleslaw was fresh and sweet.You will not find better seafood anywhere in metropolitan area. Last but not least, the prices won't break the bank... very inexpensive!!!

All good was good except the deviled crab. Could not taste or see any crab meat in it. Service by Sylvia and team was excellent. Good portions and food to take home from the senior platter for two. Will go back again.

Best seafood I've had in a long time. Portions are well worth the money. Excellent customer service.

The food was either under cooked or over cooked. I went in wanting seafood, and ended up getting sick. The food was greasy and unpalatable.

We were in the area for some business, and decided to give this place a try gor lunch. The wait staff is very prompt and friendly, the atmosphere is down home, but for us, the food left a little to be desired. We are from the far west panhandle where our seafood tends to have a little cajun flair. This was very plain with almost no seasoning. Overall it was just OK for us.

Everything I've ordered here has been awesome...flounder, deviled crab, scallops, white fish...great ambiance and courteous wait staff. Highly recommend for either family, friends, and especially dates. And their prices are great as well as portions!!!

Great little place to eat. Steak was cooked to perfection, A++ to the chef! Everything tasted wonderful! Don't forget dessert!

Always Excellent!!! Will definitely come back. We have one in Palatka But I do have to say I'm a bit more partial to The Corky Bells in Green cove Springs Florida! I recommend the LG shrimp Dinner!! And the Baked potato and Cheese grits just sets it off!!!

Lunch fixed perfect. Lexi was great waitress, and everyone very friendly. Also noticed busser was doing very good job cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs. We've been at their restaurant in Palatka which is larger, a bit nicer with great river views but food is great at both. Our favorite seafood restaurant 😋 (s)!!

Nice place to sit and eat and just relax. Great seafood and other menu items. Friendly staff and a clean place.

When you need some real seafood not something frozen, but fresh clean great tasting seafood ...this is your place they take the time to do it right and it's worth the wait. But you might want to make sure to get there early because they're usually always busy.....

All good chef just needs to know the difference between a medium steak and a medium well steak

The service was good, and the serving plentiful. Food was not memorable.

Love going to eat at Corky Bells! Food is always great, I’m addicted to their wonderful coleslaw. lol Mainly I love their shrimp, and often order on the way home..the have it all packed up and ready to go. Wonderful customer service, their servers are all friendly and eager to help. The prices are terrific, especially for seniors! Go and enjoy, you’ll be back again.

Previously loved this place but had a bad server today that made us be unsure about returning. She had no idea what oysters were supposed to look like. All other servers had masks worn appropriately except for her. She only had hers over her mouth. Long wait.

Nice little roadside Seafood joint. Good if you like fried seafood at cheap prices. Service is a cut above the quality of the food. Had Calamari shrimp and clam strips. Similar to a Red Lobster.

We have eaten here many times and always enjoyed our meal. Today, after a rapid rise in COVID-19 cases, Only two employees had masks on. The waiter also stood much too close. It made us very uncomfortable. I can't say we won't go back because the food is good. We won't go back until long after the threat of COVID-19.

My mom ordered the catfish but did not care for it. Amanda and the other wait staff were great. She had a plateful of fried shrimp in no time. The computers were down but service and wait time were still excellent. I love this place.

Great food, priced fair. We had a bit of a wait and only 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. They did a good job though

I had the opportunity to be their locksmith one evening. They offered me a plate of food fried shrimp and French fries. It was amazing I think I'll go back this week

Excellent prices, service and the food was above average. Just had the special shrimp lunch and the portion was large...maybe 15-20 medium shrimp with generous sides.
